Both Avatar and Personal text needs to be preset.

1. You have to be an active BitcoinTalk user
2. You have to at least be a Junior member of BitcoinTalk
3. You have to make at least 15 posts a week with Gilgamesh signature
4. You have to make at least 60 posts with Gilgamesh signature before our token sale ends
5. You should not have any negative trust
6. Your posts have to be in alternative threads
7. Spammers will be banned from the entire bounty program and will not receive any GIL
8. Your posts must be constructive
