1. Stay in the Telegram group until the ICO is over.
2. If you add “| files.fm library” to your Telegram username, no other project names in your username are allowed.
3. Actively participate in discussions on files.fm telegram group until the end of the campaign. Inactive users can get 50% less payrate or can be simply disqualified.
4. Write not less than 10 messages in the Telegram group during the campaign period. Not on one and the same day. No spam
5. You must complete a minimum of 10 posts per week up to a maximum of 20 posts per week. (Minimum 10 stakes, maximum of 20.)
6. You can promote files.fm library in other Telegram groups, but they need to be made in a constructive way, not in a way that might be considered spamming. Deleted messages won’t be counted.
